Ales, Brews and Ciders Brewing Company Kalyani Nagar – Reviewed

Ales Brews and Ciders is upcoming and super spacious place to hang out while chugging some beers and classic cocktails… in short this place many options to serve all…. friends and family.

This place is situated in Kalyani Nagar in a Palatial bungalow property. They have two outdoor space available and one huge indoor space with the bar counter close by where in your glass don’t run out dry at any given time. Out of two outdoor space one can be converted into private party zone for you to enjoy undisrupted fun time.

We The BTeam were invited for Exclusive food tasting along with some cocktails. Their own brewery will be operational very soon. Being it was Sunday the Fun-day the set menu spread was huge.

We started with their signature and potent LIIT which was strong enough to give you tipsy feeling!!

While getting the hang of the LIIT we were served the Maggi Cheese Sushi, an innovative starters and one of their signature dish. First instance it feel bit odd to try out, but if you love Maggie (BTW… Who doesn’t like it!! ) then you will like this too. The oozing cheese will make you crave for more. It a nice dish to start with !!

At this the mushroom was making its point in the form of Tandoori Thecha Mushrooms and the Stuffed Mushrooms in Paprika Sauce: Both were equally good tender and juicy enough. My preference would go to the later one, as it had more flavours and little bit more spiced up as well as it was appetising as well.

By this time even Paneer was saying why Mushrooms should have all the fun!! Even I can tickle some tastebuds of the Team so here comes the Paneer Lasooni Tikka:

This was graciously marinated with garlic paste, perfectly cooked in tandoor till the edges are brown, eventually which gave the ultimate smoky flavours to it.

After lot of desi stuff it was time for some Pizza to show its true colours and flavours… ABC presents the Five Cheese Pizza: It had Monterey Jack cheese (American Origin Cheese. A California businessman David Jack sold the cheese commercially. He produced a mild white cheese that came to be known eponymously as “Jack’s Cheese”, and eventually “Monterey Jack”) Mozzarella, Parmesan, and Processed Cheddar. This was one hell of a Pizza, Amazingly cheesy and you will feel stuffed by just having quarter of it. Make sure you don’t have any diet plans while having this!!

After having so much of Appetizers we moving at a crawling speed towards the mains: Baked Pasta in White Sauce: This was aptly perfect as it had missing some Herbs and veggies to it. But Pasta was cooked nicely.

Pad Thai Noodles: This gave a change to cheesy taste, Aromatic full for S.E.A. strong Flavours, this was served with some Chilli flakes, sprouts and salad.

Moving on to desserts : Fried Ice-Cream and Brownie with Ice-Cream: Not much fan of the first one although, the brownie was dark, warm and moist enough to go with the Ice-Cream.

So overall it was a very good experience with warm hospitality of Team ABC and Thanks to Heena for invitation.
