11 ESB is a new venture and a part of the 11 ESC on East street, which is serving lip smacking food and amazing drinks since 10 years.
About 11 ESB:
This place has London Pub feel with a iconic Telephone Booth at the entrance with some lively music.
The BTeam was invited for tasting some lip smacking food along with some innovative Cocktails.
So starting the evening with some cocktails influenced by the Southall Area of London.
Why so Santra: Its a Rum based cocktails with a good flavours of Orange. This was served in Martini Glass.
Monty ki Shikanjvi: It was a twist with regular delhi ki Shikanjvi with infused with vodka served in tall glass.
Vodka-Jal Super Stuff : This was amazing vodka based drink with a Jal jeera and Boondi. With a first sip it gives you the strong hint of Jal Jeera and the after kick of a Vodka.
Aamsutra: It’s a all season Aam Season. A whiskey based drink with little sweet in taste. Mango lovers can depend on this.
Darr Ke Aage Victory: The name itself caught our thirsty throats. This was gin based drink infused with Mountain dew, lime juice and with a hint of Black Salt. It was strong and potent enough to take you for a ride.
Chilli Genie: This was the spiciest of the lot. Again it was a Gin based Cocktail with humble amount of chilli in it that will lit a fire in your belly.
Appetiser: Drunken Chilli Jalapeno Cheese Balls: This was gooey cheesy Jalapeno Balls served with Beer Sauce. Little Spice up would have made this dish perfect.
But beer sauce covered up this.
Til Mil Kumbh: Nice glaze on Mushrooms with Til on it with infused garlic cheese init gave the Mushroom perfect taste. A mushroom lover should never miss this.
Fiery Veg. Crispy: This was simply a crispy veg with bright in colour.
Chatpata Aloo Tikki Pav: It was a twist of of Wada Pav with just the spiced up aloo patty with crispy fried onion on it for the crunch. It was nice and appetising.
Peri Peri Khichadi Veg: This was the brilliant dish of the evening and perfect fusion food. This was finished in no time. Perfect spice level with perfectly cooked rice mixed with Indian spice and Peri Peri which gave this a nice vibrant red colour to it.
Bhoot Jholakia Khow Suey: After hearing the name of Bhoot Jholakia we got prepared for some extra fire before the evening ends. Although it wasn’t too spicy as the owner said that it was lowered it down to suit the customers. If you leave the spiciness then the Khow Suey as good enough.
Lindt Hazelnut Fudge Brownie: It was the warm dark brownie with melted Lindt Chocolate on top of it with Vanilla Ice-Cream. Lindt Chocolate played a good role to complete this dessert.
Chocolate Vodka Lava: Vodka infused Brownie with chocolate lava gave a perfect twist to this dessert. I bet the Vodka lovers will love this. The plating was splashed with some strawberry flavour liquid and served with an Vanilla Ice-Cream.
